FSB maintains security standards and procedures to help prevent unauthorized access to confidential information about our customers. All of our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects customer information from being accessed by third parties. The Bank will update and audit the technology on an ongoing basis to ensure the protection and integrity of customer information.

RESTRICTION ON THE DISCLOSURE OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION

FSB will not reveal specific information about your accounts or other personally identifiable data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent use unless:

You request or authorize it.

The information is provided to help complete a transaction you initiated.

The disclosure is made to a reputable credit bureau or similar information-reporting agency.

The disclosure is required or allowed by law (i.e. subpoena, investigation of fraudulent activity, etc.).

We do not provide account or personal information to companies unaffiliated with FSB for the purpose of independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing of any non-financial products or services of those companies.

Information Regarding Use of First State Bank's Web Site

First State Bank Livingston Texas collects and stores information about the name of the domain from which you access the Internet, the date and time of access to our site, and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked to us. Other than that, FSB collects information on visitors to our Web site only in the aggregate and uses it for internal review purposes only. Any consumer wishing to file a complaint against the First State Bank of Livingston should contact the Texas Department of Banking.

First State Bank of Livingston also engages in the business of selling money orders and travelers checks as an agent for American Express, which company is licensed under the laws of the State of Texas and is subject to regulatory oversight by the Texas Department of Banking.
